Frank Laster is a new partner in the business with his parents Colonel and Pat Laster. Most recently, he was the Sales Manager of Anthony Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling helping them grow over 1000% to a multimillion dollar company in four years. With his experience, Frank is focusing on handling the needs of the customers and making the process of working with A1 Paint a good experience.
He is starting by changing some of the internal processes to make them more streamlined. Frank said, “By being able to be responsive in getting quick accurate proposals to customers, we will make it easier for them to complete their projects in a timely manner. A1 Paint has been in business for many years with double digit growth in 2011. My goal is to help the company not only double in size in the next 3 years, but to increase the sales efforts with a focus on communication, education, and improving the customer experience with our company.” His effort continues to streamline the receiving, processing, and invoicing.
